My approach to psychotherapy is deeply integrative, drawing from my background in neuroscience, my work as a yoga teacher, and my involvement in meditation and breathwork. I combine scientific insights into the brain and nervous system with mindfulness and somatic practices to create a holistic, person-centered experience. Understanding how our thoughts, emotions, and body are interconnected allows me to help clients regulate their nervous system, process trauma, and cultivate greater self-awareness. By incorporating yoga and breathwork techniques, I guide clients in reconnecting with their bodies, releasing tension, and cultivating a sense of balance and presence. Additionally, my focus on existential psychotherapy provides a framework for exploring life's deeper questions, meaning, and purpose, empowering clients to find clarity and navigate life's challenges with greater insight and resilience. Together, these approaches foster emotional healing, personal growth, and a stronger connection to both the self and the world around us.

I offer a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their inner worlds, uncover their true selves, and develop greater emotional resilience. My work is rooted in person-centered counseling, meaning I prioritize creating an empathetic, non-judgmental environment that honors each individual's unique journey and capacity for growth. I believe that each person possesses the inner resources needed for healing and transformation, and my role is to help facilitate that process through mindful exploration and compassionate guidance. The integration of neuroscience, yoga, meditation, and existential inquiry allows me to address not only the cognitive and emotional aspects of therapy but also the physical and spiritual dimensions of well-being. Whether working with trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, or existential concerns, I support clients in finding a deeper sense of meaning, balance, and fulfillment, helping them to lead lives that are more authentic and aligned with their core values. Through this holistic, integrative approach, clients can develop a profound connection between mind, body, and spirit, empowering them to live with greater clarity, purpose, and inner peace.
